CoCo Cooper Denim

The Problem

In today’s fashion industry, we see two main focuses; straight size and plus size. However, the average-sized woman is between a size 8 and 14 – falling into neither category. So why are fashion designers continuing to ignore the ladies in the middle? It’s clearly time for something new.

Our Solution -

That’s where Coco Cooper comes in – out to celebrate what it means to be healthy, sexy and confident today. We carefully designed, developed and cut premium jeans that will work for your curvy shape. We added luxurious stretch fabric, a booty-enhancing design, and chic details to create the perfect pair of jeans for you and your curves.

Why Denim?

Denim and fit are our passion.  We believe that every woman should own the perfect jean– a blank canvas to express her individuality through style. Jeans are a staple. An investment piece meant to last. That’s why we put our heart and soul into creating a flawless pair for you.

Years of Denim and Fit Expertise

After years of experience in the industry, we know what it means to create a great product. From the luxe fabric imported from traditional mills in Europe to the responsible manufacturing in Los Angeles, we choose carefully and pay attention to detail. Because you deserve it.

After years of fitting experience in New York City - we live, love and breathe fit. A fit specifically designed for you and your curves.

We created our premium jeans using a curvy, size 29 pattern to ensure that they have the necessary shape to fit your natural curves. That means hugging your booty, loving your body and embracing your natural shape.

Fit expert approved.

This isn't ordinary denim. Coco Cooper jeans are carefully developed to enhance your best assets. With precise engineering, each one of our styles is created to lift, sculpt and define curves. We’ve strategically designed back pocket details to flatter and compliment your booty.

Our perfect blend of fibers creates a luxurious feel you've only dreamed of. The tencel in the mix gives Coco Cooper jeans a silky soft texture, while the polyester adds incredible durability and wrinkle resistance. This premium, four-way stretch fabric allows for 360° performance, so you can rock your denim no matter what you have planned for the day.

The carefully chosen mix of viscose and elastane in our jeans contributes to an exclusive Sculpt and Lift Technology, so you can enhance it, shape it and hold it - all day long. This unique balance of fibers will also allow for quick rebound and high-power stretch. So your jeans will be back to their original shape in no time.

Coco Cooper jeans are created with curves in mind and aim to solve the common struggles that curvy women face when looking for the perfect pair of jeans. Enter the No Gap Waistband - a waistband that will hold you in all the right places without any of the gaping or digging at the waist.

Coco Cooper jeans are designed, developed and produced in the United States, supporting fair pay, workers’ rights, high standards and American craftsmanship.

We’re committed to a sweatshop-free production.

The denim used to create Coco Cooper jeans is produced at traditional, European mills with a deep denim heritage. The mills operate using sustainable practices, including water and waste reduction, recycling techniques, and environmentally friendly dyes and cotton.

DEVINTO is an eco and ethically conscious label established in Montreal, Canada in 2013 and relocated to Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA.  It is designed and produced locally on Cape Cod using natural and eco friendly fabrics without compromising style.  DEVINTO designs are equally focused on comfort,  glamour, and fair principles when it comes to the creation and production of garments. Aiste Zitnikaite is the label’s creator and designer.  Her designs for DEVINTO are fueled by the belief that fashion is one of the primary modes of self expression – a visual introduction to one’s personality. Inspired by ambiguity, the designs portray a sense of dichotomy revealing that elegance can be rebellious, a sombre mood can bring a sense of comfort, and simplicity can make a bold statement; thus DEVINTO style is at once feminine and empowering, elegant and defiant, while remaining simple and comfortable.  DEVINTO strongly adheres to the belief that while style and glamour should be easily accessible, our planet and its inhabitants should not be aversely affected by our need to express ourselves. That is why DEVINTO designs are made of ethically sourced natural fabrics such as bamboo, organic cotton and hemp and every piece is made to order to minimize waste and overproduction.

KUNA is a peruvian lifestyle brand that is inspired by the unique textile heritage of the inca culture.  It becomes apparent on the wonderful colors, fabrics and the excellent quality of the natural fibres alpaca, vikunja and pima cotton. KUNA combines the skill and the traditional knowledge of the textile craftsmen of the Andes with modern technology and design. The peruvian quality brand is part of the Inca Group, pioneer in the trade and export of alpaca products. The long experience in the selection of the precious fibres of new world camelids and the development of fine yarns help KUNA to keep control over the complete production process. Vertically integrated operations guarantee ethical business practices based on the wellbeing of man and nature throughout the whole value chain.

KUNA participates in several programs that benefit the local rural communities: Ttextile workshops, incentives that encourage the practice of raising alpacas, as well as the education of the local communities in the environment. For one of the projects the comany donated alpaca yarn to the remote village of Llali, where we taught 117 mothers knitting techniques. This way, 750 school children received a new warm sweater while their mothers earned a salary and learned a handicraft that provides an additional source of income.

In March 2010, Incalpaca, Kuna’s parent company has been praised by the Mexican Center for Philantrophy (CEMEFI) for exemplary social responsibility in Latin America. Only some months later, in September 2011, our contributions to the development of Peru were honored with the prestigious Premio Presidente de la República from the hands of the President of Peru.

We are proud to bring this unique prêt-à-porter collection to Europe and invite you to become part of the Kuna lifestyle:

Although we’re known for our innovative designs, our standards for quality materials and production reach back generations. Our fabrics are carefully hand-dyed in Italy by some of the oldest and most revered families of craftsmen in the fashion industry. Our pieces are made of only the finest natural materials, including silk, cotton and linen imported worldwide.

Lead designer and Scandal Italy founder Dylan Ifergane grew up immersed in the worlds of fashion and art. Understanding the close connection between the two, he realized many of the fashions that dazzled on the runway were completely unwearable, and that ready-to-wear versions often sacrificed their original artistic edge in favor of “fast fashion” mass appeal. A firm believer that forward-thinking style should be accessible to the world, Mr. Ifergane founded Scandal Italy to cater to discerning individuals who refuse to settle for what’s trending.

Scandal Italy represents the marriage between high-end style and effortless chic. We believe that forward-thinking design should come with real life wearability, and that beautiful clothing should not be restricted to the runway. From barely-there fabrics with handcrafted details, to eye-catching colors and bold silhouettes, our designs cater to a diverse audience of tastemakers who celebrate individuality and aren’t afraid to cause a Scandal.

ABLE is an ethical fashion brand that employs and empowers women as a solution to end poverty. We’re deeply devoted to quality – both in the products we make and the quality of life we aim to provide. We invest in, train, and educate women so they can earn a living, break the cycle of poverty, and thrive.

It started with scarves. In Ethiopia we met women coming out of the commercial sex industry who asked us for help finding jobs. We trained them to make scarves and after selling over 4,000 of them in 2 months, we knew we were onto something. People understood that if you're committed to ending poverty, you must create jobs, and do so for women.

ABLE has grown from hand-woven scarves to a lifestyle brand with leather bags, clothes, shoes, and jewelry.

Women comprise 95% of our staff at ABLE, but globally they often hold the lowest-paid, least-secure jobs. Yet we know women invest twice as much of their income into their families compared to men. When a woman is economically empowered, her children and community thrive, making her crucial to eradicating poverty. ABLE is committed to ensuring every woman receives treatment and compensation reflective of her immense worth

Our driving motivation is to make a real, measurable difference in the communities we claim to impact. So we spent three years developing our own evaluation system—called ACCOUNTABLE—which evaluates our manufacturing partners on safety, equality, and wages in order to give us better insight into the impact of our supply chain on the women making our products.

Fashion is one of the largest industrial employers of women worldwide, yet only an estimated 2% of fashion workers are paid a livable wage. We want to change that, but we know one of the quickest ways companies will change their practices is if their customers demand it. We published our lowest wages in order to give consumers a clear choice to protect the people making their products, and we want other companies to do the same.

Our jewelry is all made in-house in Nashville, TN, and our leather goods, clothes, and shoes are made by manufacturing partners in Ethiopia, Mexico, Brazil, and India. Around the world, we work with entrepreneurs who share our values. We’ve found that partnering with local community leaders results in a more powerful economic transformation rather than trying to command change from the U.S.

Crown Linen Designs

Crown Linen Designs founder, Victoria Fanning, believes that every person’s life should be filled with beauty. Beautiful things elevate, inspire and stir us. They instill a sense of gratitude and ignite a sense of wonder. Linen is among the most exquisite things found in nature. It is beautiful to the eye and beautiful to the touch. Made from flax fibers, linen fabrics date back nearly ten thousand years. Ancient Egyptians considered linen a symbol of affluence, health, purity and light. 100% natural, renewable and biodegradable, linen requires no irrigation in the growing process. It is durable and can last generations becoming softer and shinier with each washing. More and more environmentally and cost conscious consumers choose linen towels and napkins over paper or cotton products. Crown Linen Designs was founded in 2014. Based in Kirkland, WA, we work with linen producers and embroidery artists in Eastern Europe in creating exquisite linen pieces for the table, kitchen, bed and bath.

Derived from the word 'array' and Rachael's childhood nickname, Rae, Arae offers one-of-a-kind apparel and accessories hand-dyed on silk and boiled wool using shibori, an ancient Japanese tie-dye technique that creates imperfectly beautiful patterns that allow customers to express their own creative styles with every wear. From a long line of artists and entrepreneurs, Rachael proudly draws inspiration from patterns, textures, and colors found in nature and cultures to which she has traveled. What is Shibori? Shibori is the Japanese word for a variety of ways of embellishing textiles by shaping cloth and securing it before dyeing. The word comes from the verb root shiboru, “to wring, squeeze, press.” We use ethically sourced, sustainable fur. Mongolian Lamb are not an endangered species. The skins are a by-product of the food industry. The animals are not bred just for their hides.
