At Ginger Threads Collections, our biggest goal is to serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your clothing or handmade jewelry order, we will do everything we can to try and fix it! That is why we offer no-hassle returns!
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you received a damaged item, incorrect items, or are missing items from your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receipt.
Here's a run-down of the rules and procedures for Ginger Threads Collections returns:
- Items can be returned for a full refund (or if you choose, a store credit issued in the form of a gift card to our online women's boutique sent by email).
- Please Note - Returned items must be unwashed and unworn.
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of receipt.
- Any item marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for return.
- Include your information in the package. (It helps us to identify which customer to refund.)
- Refund won't include shipping unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow the Ginger Threads Collections team 5 business days to process your return once it is received.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, contact us at email@example.com and we will confirm whether the other size is available. All exchanges are subject to availability. If we don't have the item and size in stock in our online clothing boutique when we receive your request, we will process the return for a full refund or store credit.
